Description of problem:

When creating a VM from Template, the process just hangs and will be stuck with the attached screenshot. It is stuck with "Stuck Loading" and "Doesn't finish loading" warnings.

How reproducible:

The exact environment used here (HCP on IBM Cloud), cannot be exactly reproduced with current labs. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Centos 9 Stream VM from Template using the Openshift Console UI
2.

Actual results:

UI is stuck loading. Doesn't show any further errors and does not progress.

Expected results:

VM is built.
