Clone VM breaks the app

      Description of problem:

      When user is trying to clone a VM, the app is stuck with blank page

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV-v4.21.0.rhel9-33

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM
2. Click kebab button, select Clone
3.

      Actual results:

      Blank page

      Expected results:

      Clone modal opens

      Additional info:

      The same result is when trying to clone a VM from VM's page
