As part of the quarantine  de-quarantine process, we added pytest-repeat plugin to allow running tests multiple times (https://github.com/RedHatQE/openshift-virtualization-tests/pull/2660).

Quarantined tests cannot be re-added unless they are proven to be stable.

Please add "De-quarantine Tests Stability" checkbox (unselected by default) to openshift-virtualization-tests-runner jenkins job.

When checked, add `--repeat-scope=session --count=25` to the pytest command.

Please also add a help text stating that these extra args will be added to pytest execution command
