Description of problem:
When non-priv user uploads an image to create a bootvolume, the Architecture selector is absent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to cluster as test user 2. Navigate to Bootable volumes page, select available proje ct or create a new one 3. Click Add volume button

No architecture menu in modal
