Goal

The goal of this task is to track the effort expended on work that is typically invisible. Use this Jira to track work such as CNV doc team meetings, CNV leads meetings, CNV program meeting, Jira dashboard updates, monitoring 4.21 scope changes, monitoring capacity, prioritizing the backlog, and such.

You can also track any significant time in CCS meetings, sprint demos, tiger teams, and open hours.

Keep track of the total effort expended and add the appropriate story points to the task.

As a DPM, I want to estimate the effort I spend on support tasks so that I can better understand my capacity and potentially determine what I can start, stop, and continue doing.
