Description of problem:
After an upgrade a random VM will lose it's networking. Meaning that from within the guestOS the DHCP IP Address does not populate. This issue has been seen between upgrades to various versions of OCP including but not limited to: 4.19.9 -> 4.19.10 4.19.11 -> 4.19.12

During an upgrade the VMs not to lose the network connectivity or IP Address

This has happened to the last 3 upgrades that at least 1 VM will be affected.
