Goal

User can choose the name of each PVC for each Volume using overrides. The user can also override the Annotations/Labels which are normally just copied from the source PVC.

• As a VM owner I want to restore my VM from a VM Snapshot without changing the names of the PVCs.
• As a VM owner I want to choose specific PVC names when restoring my VM from a VM snapshot.
