Customizing a VM, during VM creation, when using InstanceType Overcommitted leds to an error on insufficient memory Danger alert:An error occurredError "failure checking preference requirements: insufficient Memory resources of 1Gi provided by instance type, preference requires 2Gi" for field "spec.instancetype".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Virtualization -> Catalog 2. Select Fedora 3. InstanceType "Overcommitted" -> nano or micro 4. Click "Customize VirtualMachine"
Actual results:
Failure on memory mismatch: Error "failure checking preference requirements: insufficient Memory resources of 1Gi provided by instance type, preference requires 2Gi" for field "spec.instancetype".
