Prioritize completing documentation of 4.20 features.
The content shall be clear, concise, and meet CCS style and formatting guidelines.
The content shall be accurate and pass the following quality reviews: technical (SME) review, peer review, and QE review.
User Stories
- As a documentation program manager, I want to ensure that the backlog items from the previous release are documented.
- As a writer, I want to ensure that the technical debt stories are completed within a target of 3 weeks after the 4.20 release.
Non-Requirements
- Release note stories should always be completed prior to the release and are not included in Tech Debt.
