Keep bare-metal clusters on the same domain isolated

Our bare-metal lab domains are known to have no networking isolation between the clusters that exist in them. This ends with many networking tier-2 tests failing because of IP conflicts with entities from other clusters, and that does not necessarily include only VMs and other workloads that are created as part of the tests, but also IT management entities and stuff.
From our side we are working to have the addresses we use as isolated as possible, with this PR and more such to follow. However, as we strive to run our product tests in an environment that is as close as possible to what the customers are using, we need to have the clusters completely isolated from one another.
Thank you in advance for this non-trivial effort.
