VM summary counters doesn't not reflect counters of the selected project

      Description of problem:

      It seems that VirtualMachineListSummary is always reporting All Projects counters (Error, Running, Stopped, Paused) even if you select a project. For instance I have only 3 VMs running in  project01 and the counter display 10 VMs.

      How reproducible:

      easy

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.create 2 projects
2.create VM in each project
3.in the tree view select a project and look at the counters

      Actual results:

      10 Running

      Expected results:

      3 Running

      Additional info:

      issue on counters : Error, Running, Stopped, Paused
