Goal

Add the ability to start a console session to a running VM directly from the tree-view and VM menu without the need to see the VM details.

User Stories

• As an admin of several VMs, I want to be able to quickly launch a VM console of my VMs listed without the need to go into each VM overview page first

Non-Requirements

• Need to evaluate if we should add it to the VM list kebab menu as well
