      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Select Virtualization from the top left navigator of OCP Web Console.
2. Click Overview from the left navigation bar.
3. Click Overview tab and click 'View all' next to Alerts.
4. Input in 'Search by name' in Alerts tab.

      Actual results:

      Hard code of 'No found' and mixed translated strings with English of 'No Alerts found' in Alerting - Alerts page.

      Expected results:

      'No Alerts found' should by fully localized.
