The Virtualization console plugin only reports the creation time of the VM and the virt-launcher pod.  If the VM migrates to another node, a new virt-launcher pod is created so this cannot be used as the uptime of the OS.

As a similar feature in VMware, report the uptime of the VM in the GUI.  Also provide a way to get list of VMs that have live migrated and time of migration.
