Cancel button does not work on VM networking creation form

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Networking -> VirtualMachine Networks 2. Click Create 3. Click Cancel
Actual results:
Cancel does not close the form
Expected results:
Cancel should close the form as in other forms
