      Description of problem:

When a VM is connected to the primary UDN, it is not possible to use virtctl ssh to connect to it.

The UI however explains it with "SSH secret is not configured". That is misleading since even if I created the secret, it won't be possible to SSH that way.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.20

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enable passt feature
      2. Create a primary UDN namespace
      3. Create a UDN in it
      4. Create a VM
      5. Go to its Configuration SSH tab

      Actual results:

SSH using virtctl: SSH secret not configured

      Expected results:

SSH using virtctl: not supported with primary user-defined networks
