The binding selection dropdown on network interface configuration dialog is missing a title and its tooltip icon shows under the dropdown instead of next to it.

2. Create a namespace for user defined network and a UDN in it
3. Create a VM
4. Go to the network configuration tab, edit the default interface, expand Advanced

There is no title before the dropdown.
The ? icon is shown under the dropdown

There is a "Binding" title and the icon is next to the dropdown
