Goal

Make it possible to define an OVS bonding through the NNCP dialog.

In https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CNV-66757 we are introducing a dialog specialized in creating node networks for VM networks. This dialog allows definition of OVS SLB bondings. However, the existing NNCP dialog (which is meant to allow superset of combinations compared to the node network) only supports Linux bond modes.

User Stories

• As a cluster admin,
  I want the NNCP dialog to allow me to edit OVS bondings,
  so I customize a NNCP I created through the Node networks dialog.

Notes

• The bond should not be it's own interface as Linux bonding is. Instead it should be an option on the OVS bridge interface - allowing me to select multiple ports instead of one, and set the aggregation mode.
