Goal

To complete documentation from 4.21 features.

The documentation contains conceptual description of the feature, procedures to successfully configure and use the feature, and any applicable references.
The content shall be clear, concise, and meet CCS style and formatting guidelines.
The content shall be accurate and pass the following quality reviews: technical (SME) review, peer review, and QE review.

User Stories

• As a documentation program manager, I want to ensure that the backlog items from the previous release are documented.
• As a writer, I want to ensure that the technical debt stories are completed within a target of 3 weeks after the 4.21 release.

Non-Requirements

• Release note stories should always be completed prior to the release and are not included in Tech Debt.
