VM with rhel10 image shows wrong cpu number on guest OS

      Description of problem:

      When creating a VM with rhel10 image from the data source using instance types, the VM shows wrong CPU number inside the guest from the command "nproc --all"
      
      The same command on a rhel9 image with the same manifest shows the correct result

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.20

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a VM with a rhel10 data source (attached example yaml)
      2. Run inside the machine "nproc --all"
      

      Actual results:

      The OS shows wrong CPU number of 8

      Expected results:

      The OS should show correct CPU number of 4
