      Description of problem:

      When running Windows VM and working via VNC console via UI, screen is very slow and sometimes it reloads (see the video, reloads are in time 43 seconds and 1:42)

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create windows VM on e.g. cnv2 cluster
2. Go to Console tab
3. Select VNC console

      Actual results:

      VNC console sometimes reloads and is very slow

      Expected results:

      VNC console is smooth as e.g. desktop viewer option and do not reload
