Test tests.virt.cluster.common_templates.rhel.test_rhel_os_support.TestCommonTemplatesRhel.test_pause_unpause_vm is flaky in 4.20 gating.

Probably need to review the logic of validate_pause_optional_migrate_unpause_linux_vm func (how the VM is paused and checked for it) + fail/skip dependent tests if pause fails
