      Description of problem:

      Virtualization features wizard fails to enable "High availability" and "Load balance" features.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Virtualization Overview -> Settings -> Virtualization features 
2. Click Configure features button
3. Enable "High availability" and/or "Load balance" features
4. Click Next, wait for feature to become available

      Actual results:

      The features are not enabled

      Expected results:

      The features are enabled

      Additional info:

      On CNV UI Epic Scrub was decided to add some progress indication to the install process
