As a cnv engineer, I want to be able to ask a questions like

"How many of the customers is on which cnv version"

"How many customers on version x is using this storage"

without the need to understand Prometheus queries.

Outcome of this spike is a epic with specific plan to make it happen (what technologies will be used, how they will connect to telemeter, how the user will be interacting with the system etc)
