      The drag and drop functionality for virtual machines in the multicluster treeview is not working as expected. Users are unable to properly drag and drop VMs between different clusters or namespaces in the tree view interface.

      This affects the user experience when trying to manage VMs across multiple clusters through the tree view interface.
