"Mount Windows drivers disk" checkbox fails to load on initial render

      Description of problem:

      When navigating to the Configuration / Storage tab, the "Mount Windows drivers disk" checkbox fails to load immediately. A persistent spinner is displayed, and the user must switch to another tab and then back to the Storage tab for the checkbox to appear correctly.

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to the Configuration / Storage tab. 
2. Observe the "Mount Windows drivers disk" checkbox area.

      Actual results:

      A spinner is displayed indefinitely where the "Mount Windows drivers disk" checkbox should be.

      Expected results:

      The "Mount Windows drivers disk" checkbox should be loaded and displayed immediately upon navigating to the Configuration / Storage tab.

      Additional info:

      The issue resolves itself by switching to another tab and then back to the Configuration / Storage tab.
