Understand why our customers see Blocker and Critical bugs

User Stories

Resolve 80% of the filed Closed Loop issues by 4.21.0 release
https://issues.redhat.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=12383090# shows the number of Closed Loop issues filed for CNV components (currently 44).
We need to close 80% of them (>35) before a successful release of 4.21.0.
