UI : UI tries to overwrite the cpu.dedicatedCPUPlacement set by instancetype

      Description of problem:

      VM already uses dedicated CPUs because the instancetype cx1.medium1gi sets cpu.dedicatedCPUPlacement: true.
 The UItries to write the same field on the VM spec, which is 
forbidden when an instancetype owns it. The console shows a “restart to 
apply” banner even though the change was rejected, so nothing changes 
after restart.
