[RFE] Use "Add new" and "Use existing" in CD-ROM modal

      Description of problem:

      In CD-ROM modal,use an existing CD-ROM or upload new ISO file to VM is not quite clear, suggest to align it with secret modal, use "Add new" and "Use existing"
