      Description of problem:

      Auto-attached Pod Network is removed after a secondary network is removed.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.20

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. create a VM with empty device section (implies autoattachPodInterface= true)
2. on a stopped VM add a secondary NIC
3. remove the newly added secondary NIC

      Actual results:

      Pod Network was also removed - autoattachPodInterface has been set to false

      Expected results:

      autoattachPodInterface flag keeps the value (maybe set explicitly to true)
