Handle deprecated annotation https://istio.io/latest/docs/reference/config/annotations/#SidecarTrafficKubevirtInterfaces . Note that the new annotation is https://istio.io/latest/docs/reference/config/annotations/#IoIstioRerouteVirtualInterfaces and the deprecation notice has an incorrect replacement name.
Consider keeping the old one for compatibility with multiple Istio versions.
