Description of problem:
Latest ServiceMesh is 3.1.0, but it doesn't work with CNV (more details here).
Users should be notified that for integration with CNV, they must install ServiceMesh 3.0.z, and not what pops as the default in the GUI, which is 3.1.z.
We tested and found that the latest 3.0.z, which is 3.0.4, is fine, so we can explicitly recommend this version.
Release-notes seems like the most appropriate place for that IMO.
