      Description of problem:

      Menu in Catalog -> Select InstanceType doesn't close

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.20

      How reproducible:

      if we open a menu on one card, then before closing we open menu on some other card

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Catalog page (InstanceTypes tab)
2. Scroll down to Select InstanceType
3. Click any menu toggle on any of the cards. E.g. "N series"
4. "N series" menu opens
5. Click any other card's menu toggle, e.g. "O series"
6. "N series" menu closes, "O series" menu opens
7. Click outside the menu

      Actual results:

      Menu doesn't close

      Expected results:

      Menu closes
