We would like to try and add the basic rhel-10 tests to the conformance suite run by - https://github.com/openshift-cnv/ocp-virt-validation-checkup

This means we need to disable/enable the enableCommonBootImageImport field instead of the current method, which expect it to be disabled from the start.
