The test:

tests.install_upgrade_operators.cert_renewal.test_cert_renewal.TestCertRotation.test_certificate_renewed_in_hco[hyperconverged_resource_certconfig_change0]

is unstable in 4.17 branch. We've seen it quite frequently when a new 4.17 is released:

This task is for comparing with 4.18 to see if the test is doing something different there that makes it more stable and try to implement a fix for the test in 4.17 so the results are steady.
