      VM is not able to start after eject CD-ROM

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      v4.20

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create a VM and customize it
2.Add a CD-ROM disk
3.Wait for VM turn into running, eject the CD-ROM
4.Restart the VM

      Actual results:

      CD-ROM is still presenting in VM storage tab
VM is not able to start

      Expected results:
