While completing the work for https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/98372 to improve the structure of the predefined checkup docs, I noticed that we outline the steps to run the checks, which includes creating a service account, role, and rolebinding.

These steps however only seem to be included in the CLI versions of the procedures, not the web console versions. I reached out to rh-ee-alromero to check if these should be the same steps for both versions, and he said that he believes so, but we need further investigation and possibly confirmation from QE.
