      [ACM] "Unknown field cluster" webhook warning appears and VM cannot be created in selected cluster

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Create VM from template
2.Select non-local cluster
3.Select a template and click customize, webhook warning "Unknown field cluster" appears
4.create the VM, vm is not created in local-cluster

       

      Actual results:

      webhook warning "Unknown field cluster" appears and vm is created in local-cluster

      Expected results:

      no warning appears and vm is created in non-local cluster
