      The breadcrumb link of the VM does not lead to multicluster tree view

      How reproducible:

       

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.create a VM in local-cluster
2.go to VM details
3.click the breadcrumb link "VirtualMachines" on the top

      Actual results:

      It does not lead to  multicluster tree view, instead, it leads to single cluster project tree view. See attachments.
