Ensure that disk hotplug pod termination doesn't hinder VM functionality

      A disk hotplug pod should only be required for setting up the initial attachment of a volume to the target VM. After that point any termination of the hotplug pod should not impair VM functionality.

      To ensure this, include a functional test that confirms terminating a hotplug pod does not cause VM issues, such as pausing the VM or failing to perform storage I/O on the hotplugged volume.
