Detach of added CD-ROM breaks the app

      Description of problem:

      If newly added to VM CD-ROM is detached immediately, the page becomes blank. See attached video at 3:10

      1. Add CD-ROM to running VM
2. Detach added CD-ROM

      Actual results:

      Page goes blank

      Expected results:

      CD-ROM is detached, the warning about restart disappears, as there are no changes to VM
