Issue
When creating a Virtual Machine (VM) in a spoke cluster through the catalog multicluster view, the VM is created in the namespace of the most recently navigated local cluster instead of the user's selected namespace for the target spoke cluster.
Current Behavior
- User selects a specific namespace for a spoke cluster in catalog view
- User creates a VM from the catalog
- VM is created in the spoke cluster but uses the wrong namespace (local cluster's namespace)
Expected Behavior
- VM should be created in the selected namespace within the target spoke cluster
- Namespace selection should be respected across all clusters
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to catalog in multicluster view
2. Select a specific spoke cluster and namespace
3. Create a VM
4. Verify the VM is created in the wrong namespace
Impact
- VMs created in unintended namespaces
- User confusion about VM placement
- Potential resource conflicts
