Goal

Modify the networking UI to be more opinionated and workflow driven. The goal is to create a an interface that will focus on the most common user flows for creating new networks that would we used by VMs.
This will simplify the network creation process, focus the UI on the common settings and guide users toward our best practices.

User Stories

• As a cluster admin I would like to create a new network that would be used for my VMs
• As a cluster admin I would like to connect this network to specific nodes and set their configuration

• List of things not included in this epic, to alleviate any doubt raised during the grooming process.
