GCNV tracker: 12 hours grace period for deleted volumes

      GCNV has a 12 hours grace period for deleted volumes, which also gets us to the volume limits quite quickly. For our testing, it should be either disabled or significantly reduced. We found no way to do it so far although discussing it several times with NetApp engineering.
