This limit blocks RH engineering from executing concurrent tier-1 tests. We should consider using Standard service level instead of Flex.

Diane.Patton@netapp.com: Today, 50 volumes is a hard limit in a flex storage pool. We have plans to increase that to 1000 next year. The cost model involves only the capacity and performance of the storage pool. Each storage pool gets its own dedicated resources so there is no impact of having additional storage pools in the same project. In some ways having multiple storage pools will help you overcome the performance limits of a single storage pool. Each storage pool has a limit of 5Gibps throughput and 160,000 IOPS.
