As we deliver significant new capabilities, the technical enablement for customer support, and product / positioning enablement for the Red Hat field is missing, or not comprehensive enough for our field associates and partners to be self-sufficient.
We do have some good examples that were specificially designed for custoemr meeting, like VM HA and load aware balancing.
However, this. is not standard nor framework to determine in a feature enablement is needed, or how to structure it for quality.
