VM list filtering by OS misses InstanceType RHEL VMs

      Description of problem:

      When the VMs are filtered by OS, InstanceType VM are missed

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      CNV-v4.20.0.rhel9-126

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create InstanceType VM from any of rhel bootvolums
2. Filter VMs by OS, select RHEL

      Actual results:

      VM is not listed

      Expected results:

      VM is listed

      Additional info:

      The same issue is with Fedore, while Centos filter works properly

The issue is on the kubevirt-apiserver-proxy, frontend filter works fine but the backend does not.
