If the Project selector is opened, "all-namespaces" item appears in it  together with "All projects"

1. Login to cluster as kubeadmin
2. Navigate to Virtualization perspective
3.

Actual results:

"all-namespaces" is listed in projects

Expected results:

Only "All projects" should be listed

Additional info:

It disappears after some selection is made in Project list
