QE Automation fix/missing: Migrate VirtualMachine storage is not possible because the PVC name of VM disk is too long

      Description of problem:

      Create a VM with a bit long name, around 63 characters.
Try to do storatge migration, it fails with error:
Error "Invalid value: "migrate-storage-class/fedora-red-gibbon-33fedora-red-gibbon-33fedora-red-gibboaaaaaaw-volume-mig-w553uy": name part must be no more than 63 characters" for field "metadata.annotations".

The issue only happens in 4.18.z, not happen in 4.19 and 4.20.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. create a VM with a long name
2. do storage migration via Actions -> Migration -> Storage
3.

      Actual results:

      it could not process at the last step duo to PVC name is too long
