While using bridge VLAN filtering feature in order to host multiple VLANs on a single bridge (see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-55065), the WebUI does not allow to specify physicalNetworkName. In a result NAD created this way won't work if there is another one on the same bridge using different VLAN. This forces us to fall-back to YAML editing of NAD what does not make good impression for such a simple and common tasks.

WebUI handles creation of physicalNetworkName CNI parameter in order to simplify NAD creation and avoid YAML tinkering.
